CUSTOMER SERVICE / RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with any product you've purchased, please email customer service immediately to resolve the issue: info@twelveforever.com
If you decide to return or exchange any items you've purchased, please consider the following:
- Each item is made to order and will ship within 3-4 days. Because we have different fulfillment centers, some of your orders may be split shipped. If you receive one item at a time from your order, please do not worry, the other(s) are on their way.
- Check all merchandise for potential damage, defects, or any missing items upon arrival.
- All returns must be in original, unwashed and unworn, condition.
- All returned items must be received by TwelveForever.com within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges after a 30-day period.
- Please mention any changes to current shipping address to make sure the new item shows up as quickly as possible.
Please include your original order number in all emails regarding merchandise that is to be returned.

We do our best to present the most accurate description of our products on our website, but sometimes mistakes occur. All imagery, product description, pricing, and availability are subject to change. All payment reimbursements will be applied to original payment method.

If you would like to return an item that was given to you as a GIFT and you are NOT the original buyer, please let us know. We are able to exchange gifts for other items of equal or lesser value based on their availability. Please reference any changes to current shipping address to make sure the new item shows up as quickly as possible. Buyer assumes all shipping charges related to gift exchange.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
International buyers assume all responsibility for international shipping charges in addition to all local taxes, VAT, duties, and / or tariffs. By completing our international order process, buyer assumes responsibility to pay any associated charges, if applicable.
Once an international order has left the country of origin, USA, all inquiries about the order must be taken up with local customs and parcel delivery services.
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES
Due to the high cost of international shipments, TwelveForever.com is unable to pay for international exchanges. International buyers must pay for any shipping associated with any exchanged item. All associated duties and taxes will NOT have to be paid a second time for the exchange.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued within 3 days after any returned merchandise has been received. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. A confirmation of your refund will be sent immediately to the email address associated with your order.
